Job Purpose

The Digital Product Implementation Specialist will assist with successful customer on-boarding and digital implementation of Great Minds K-12 digital products. This person will work closely with schools and districts to determine the best on-boarding method for their needs, conduct training, monitor on-boarding process, and troubleshoot issues and requests as they arise. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, tech-savvy, and a team player with a passion for education and a history of success building and releasing products.


Responsibilities

  • Works collaboratively with members of the Digital Implementation Specialist (DIS) Team and other organizational teams as needed
  • Support DIS Team with onboarding and renewal of digital customers
  • Assists customers via incoming calls and voicemails regarding digital product offerings, order placement, and website navigation in high volumes
  • Routes inquiries to the appropriate Great Minds team(s) for assistance
  • Assist with digital order license activations
  • Update status of fulfillment orders
  • Monitor incoming rostering data

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Superior critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or other Order Management Software (Preferred)

Required Education

  • High school degree with experience, or Associate’s degree in a related field

Status

  • Seasonal (July – September)
    o Flexible start/end dates available for considered college students or teachers 
  • Availability 8am-4:30pm your local time
  • Must have consistent, reliable high-speed internet access
  • Headset provided, but must utilize personal laptop/computer
    o Chromebooks are NOT compatible with this position

Location

  • Remote

The expected base salary range for this position is $15.00-$19.00 however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
